With ambitions to become one of the top 3 largest brokers, we were approached to establish an inbound digital marketing channel to reduce reliance on lead brokers, and drive incremental new business.
Starting from complete scratch was both extremely helpful but also didn’t allow much data from which to work from. Working closely with the RFC team, we worked to understand how many leads turned into accounts, and ultimately how profitable each was worth to the business. By utilising a very targeted PPC and conversion-focused landing page, we worked extremely closely to understand what kind of leads were valuable to the business, and which ones weren’t. Once proof of concept was proven, we added Paid Social, SEO and additional PPC campaigns to the mix. With a strong Conversion Rate Optimisation campaign running alongside all of the digital channels, we continued to drive marginal gains across the account, driving down the ultimate metric of cost per activation.
