Our relationship with Leeds-based property developer, King & Co., began in 2016. Our first project was a new website to showcase their property portfolio. So, when they came to us with a vision to overhaul their marketing, and give the brand an online personality that matched the rest of the business, we jumped at the chance to help!
We started by developing a plan that encompassed social media, blogs and email. We wanted to help establish King & Co.’s position as the “go-to landlord” for innovative and exciting businesses across the city looking for new office space. In just three months, we managed to drive a 12% increase in followers across all social media platforms, a 298.05% increase in web sessions, and social media accounted for 25.3% of all acquisitions to their site.
As part of the ongoing strategy, we’ve been fortunate enough to be able to meet with some of King & Co.’s most exciting tenants on an ongoing basis. From public sector agency dxw to challenger brand The Meatless Farm Co, these tenant features have been crucial for boosting both the profile of King & Co. and its tenants. Understandably, it has been a fantastic opportunity for us to learn more about innovative companies working right under our noses, too!
In the time we’ve been working with King & Co., their social media presence has been bolstered by an established brand tone of voice and increased engagement from its active following, thanks to reactively posting alongside planned content. Now we’re starting to see King & Co.’s position within property investment and development shift firmly into the ‘disruptive’ category (and some exciting campaigns are on the way). It’s safe to say that we can’t wait to see what the future holds!
