Paid Media Executive

We are on the lookout for an ambitious Paid Media Executive to join our team. You will be working on a wide range of client accounts, and no one day will be the same.

Working under our PPC Lead and Digital Strategist, we’re looking for a data-driven and versatile person that enjoys maximising performance across a host of Paid Media platforms, including Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn and Programmatic platforms.

Ideally, we need someone who has an established skillset but is looking to further develop their knowledge and application in order to own the role. You will have 1-2 years experience building and developing efficient and effective campaigns and the analytical skills to optimise across B2B and B2C clients.

You will be responsible for assisting in the management of a portfolio of campaigns, and may need to communicate directly with clients to assist them in achieving their goals. You will be required to make data-driven recommendations and produce detailed analysis on a regular basis.

Working collectively with the creative and client services side of our in-house team is also key to our business culture.

  • Salary: £25,000-£30,000

We need:

  • An ambitious Paid Media professional who can set up, manage, optimise and report on Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic Campaigns under the guidance of the Paid Search Lead and Digital Strategist.
  • At least 1-2 year’s agency experience.
  • Someone with the ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis, create engaging ad copy and creative briefs for a range of audiences.
  • An understanding of different Paid Media market landscapes, and how to effectively conduct competitor analysis in order to optimise campaigns.
  • Someone comfortable in using: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience of analysing performance data to report on success across all platforms listed above.
  • Someone with strong attention to detail paired with a hungry appetite to keep learning and understand the importance of a ‘test and learn’ approach to enhance account performance long-term.

  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Experience of running TikTok, Facebook and Instagram campaigns
  • Fresh ideas and involvement in PPC strategies for new business pitches
  • Certifications in Google Ads Skillshop (Search, Display, Measurement, Video, Shopping, Apps)
  • A basic understanding of Google Analytics
  • Some experience (or understanding) in CRO and landing page optimisation
  • A team player approach to working
